send sms you
I did a change of plan successfully this morning - confirmation email received.

Went to log into the SIMBA app to check if my balances are still there but unable to . Received and error message : Unable to send OTP. Please ensure the number is correct and try again.

Anyone experienced this before or have any idea what's wrong?

Good for those who really frequent Malaysia. Or for Malaysians who work in Singapore.

It is a good start for them. It has some similarities with M1 Data Passport. Using the local data bundle overseas but at no cost. It's a good start for another round of telco battle.

Anyway, I went to JB yesterday and tried out simba - celcom roaming connection in komtar and city square.

Not the best connection as at some points it stuck.

Same spots. I switched to onexox - celcom connection for comparison and it works flawlessly.

So, hmmm... Some celcom network but a different performance. 😏

Celcom as a prepaid provider and also as a roaming partner has largely been good for me.

Maybe you just happened to be in that area where many of our $5 senior plan users frequent.
