Can we call back Singapore when we are oversea using Simba ? I believe receiving calls and sms no problem while overseas.
When I'm JB I get this part of an SMSIt seems that roaming calls from and to SG mobile numbers are always free even with normal phone calls, without using Simba voice. Can anyone confirm?
Original words from https://support.simba.sg/hc/en-us/articles/4487047558681-Does-roaming-cover-calls-and-SMS :
1. Calls to and from Singapore do not have additional roaming charges.
2. Outgoing calls to any Singapore mobile number is free, while outgoing calls to a Singapore fixed line will be deducted from the plan’s Local Fixed Line Minutes allowance (Please add +65 if you are making calls to Singapore while roaming)
Mean we dial normally a Singapore number eg 91234567 while overseas? When I'm JB I get this part of an SMS
There are no roaming surcharges for all incoming and outgoing calls to Singapore. You can make calls to your visiting country at the prevailing IDD rates (simba.sg/IDD).Download SIMBA Voice App to stay connected anytime, anywhere.
Add +65 in front of your SG number that you are dialing.Mean we dial normally a Singapore number eg 91234567 while overseas?

I got two SIM routers.wow. why did you get a second one?
I read the CIS, it's a recurring one though. I though they would allow you like pay for one month, then resume when you need say for 3rd month.
check that Simba partners in that country if they require you to on volte else you won’t be able to call back.Mean we dial normally a Singapore number eg 91234567 while overseas?
Same as mobile line, use the 8-digit in place of phone number. Give Shopee seller those 8 digits.Anyone used the shopee top up services to add credit to the $5 300GB data only plan? I read that an 8 digit service number will be given, which I assume will work like a normal phone number for top ups with these shopee sellers
$5 top up with 200coins cashback will be really great for a low cost alternative home internet plan
It seems Eight and Simba both offer plan with 6Gb data roaming. Also calling voice call back Singapore. Don't know which is better to buy.check that Simba partners in that country if they require you to on volte else you won’t be able to call back.
if purely for oversea usage... both their oversea partners offer pretty good coverage. It seems Eight and Simba both offer plan with 6Gb data roaming. Also calling voice call back Singapore. Don't know which is better to buy.

but if u want to factor in local usage as well........ the simba coverage in my office block is very bad.. so I am using eight to support in data..lolx.
I am using the Simba $12 plan which gives 7 GB oversea roam....

If you're in Malaysia now and can't find Celcom network in the list on your phone, that could mean Celcom isn't available where you are or at that time.According to Simba their roaming partners for Malaysia are Celcom and Unifi. However, cant seem to find both providers this time, except for Digi and Maxis. Logging to Digi will not get the phone to work. Does the problem lies with Simba, as they need to put up an update with Digi?
https://support.simba.sg/hc/en-us/article_attachments/41092440502041 please check faq for local roaming partners for SIMBAIs Unifi also using Celcom network? The main problem is no where to check whether there is an outage. Is Celcom still available or have they merged with Digi? If they have started the process, have Simba already updated with Digi? Lastly which provider partners with Digi, as they seem rather reliable.
