Simba don't support vowifi. I made enquiry before via Instagram chat. They also say no support.

Can explain simba's reply to my vowifi enquiry. Tell me can or cannot support with Simba. Lol

"VOWIFI can work if you are connected with Wifi connection. Since the service of Simba is using 4G connection, this is not applicable with Simba service, unless you can connect your handset to a WIFI connection. However, it will not be a service of Simba."


If vowifi is active, you will see the volte logo changed to vowifi. My brother on giga network has that.

yes i concur. it also shows on my s23u. zym does not support vowifi though.

Just transfer more money in.
Simba will take from wallet automatically if there is money inside.

yah, need telco side to support. that's also why probably the simba app exists. it can use wifi to dial out too.

no need. it's active by default, as long as the phone supports vowifi too.

Tried on Android and IOS, both not reflecting VoWIFI.
States not supported by Carrier.

but did u try to make a call in flight mode but with wifi on? if it can call out, that means vowifi is working.

Any Simba mobile user who frequents Pasir Ris park area ?
Wondering if you face a no-internet-connection problem whenever you are in that area ?
Or even indoors near Pasir Ris park.

Have been on Simba for more than half a year.
At first, the signals were great.
But lately, keep getting very low signals.
Sometimes can't surf.

I even changed to new 5g handphone, thinking it was my old phone that was causing the problem.

feedback to simba. they will ask u for a lot of info, but at least they know where to improve.

So I signed up for a Superroam 12 plan as I travel for work regularly into MY. However after signing up on Saturday, I’ve received absolutely no email confirmation of any sort from SIMBA regarding the sign up, and I’ve not gotten any eSiM emailed to me either. Starting to wonder if my sign up got processed at all? The only “evidence” I have of the sign up is the charge to my debit card. It’s so confusing…

For areas in Pasir Ris, Tampines, Simei & Bedok, mostly ok.
Trouble starts when indoors, eg. in supermarket, apartment.
Have been getting a lot of low signals lately.
Still can surf or watch YouTube, but the websites don't load completely.

The other night, when I was at A&E in CGH, completely no signal !
Felt so let completely down by a telco during an emergency.
That was the first time i regret switching away from SingTel.

Yesterday, i was visiting a condo near Pasir Ris park area.
Completely no signal at all.
Even after i left the condo.
Had to toggle the mobile data switch off-&-on several times to get some signal.

Thought Simba was a very good deal for value.
Thinking of switching out to GoMo.
Any advice from any GoMo user ?

Ask in the GoMo thread. Bound to have some who've port from Simba. Can check with them there.

Yup that's all been done, nothing at all. I sent a support ticket to SIMBA and they requested for more details but no reply since...
