For the 3 new business plans launched yesterday, there is no port in option, only new number. Anyone knows the reason?

i mean top up for 5 months worth of yr $12 subscription ($60)....get free $15 from the CNY recharge promo (get $5 for every $20 top up).

you will have balance $3 which comes free anyway.

Aiya I thought what you have a better way of utilising or i count wrong, nvm la same i top up $20 first in case need to jump ship :grin:

Some Shopee sellers also can. Not need to go down to topup.
I have test it last ndp promo.

Hello,

I would like to help my mom sign up for the senior plan. She is currently using the simba $10 plan and i want to help her sign up + port in to $5 plan.

However I notice that there is no option to port in from simba. Is there anyway to work around this?

Go down to one of the simba ctr to convert to senior plan, not port

This was stated in their website, you didn't read

When will they send the bonus top up? Is it immediate? I tried it with a shopee store but I do not see the bonus amount
