Strangely, somehow, I'm okay with SIMBA network this time. No "stuck stuck" so far even the speed is slower than other 3 telcos networks. :giggle:

May be due to the placebo effects of my SIMBA Lucky Number. 🤭

Sure ah? 🤭🤭

Hehehe! You are very disappointed ya... 🤭

This time I proved anyone wrong.

I will be sticking to SIMBA for a long period of time this time around.

May be Simbarella put kong tao on me. After a while, I would go back to her... Lol.. 🤭

Now, let's be serious! I really keep trying to give Simba a chance but its speed and coverage are still not quite up to the standard even it's running on its 5G SA.

Many times, I got stuck when trying to pay by apps, and the Upload speed is slow when I'm trying to upload something fast for my work. Quite frustrating indeed.

Managed to top-up Simba wallet at Atrix Mall Funan. No queue at 6.30pm today. Payment methods accepted: Cash, PayNow and Credit Card (3% surcharge). Opted for credit card payment to earn cashback/miles

My AUS friend who is staying in NSW went to Perth for a holiday...

Funny story : my Aus mobile no signal in remote area so I switched to simba and it got signal roaming on Vodafone !

FYI
TPG owns Vodafone in AUS.

Hmm... wondering if it is because it is sch holidays and nobody is hogging the bandwidth or what... but I have been getting speed improvement for the past few days at home. No more 0.xxmbps and now x.xxmbps instead.

I'm getting 126/20 with SIMBA 5G at a coffeshop alone Sims Avenue close to Paya Lebar junction.

Pretty delighted! :giggle:

At home, I don't measure it as I'm always connected to home Wi-Fi. However, data calls and normal phone calls are clear and loud at home.

My final updates:
Update3:
chatted with shop in update1 when collecting my shopee order today.
Enquired with her regarding the eligibility for "IT show promo" again. She vouched that it's avail at her shop despite the tnc list did not included her address as service centre.
She reaffirmed that they are well aware of the ongoing promo details, that their topup will be eligible for bonus and that bonus will be in on 28/3.
My best guess is that they might be under same boss or partners, using same "service centre" account for doing the topups.
Update4:
I managed to find a Shopee topup online seller whom reassured that they are eligible for this IT show promo as well.
Used to top up from them before for NDP bonus in 2024.
Topup $20, used -$4 paylah voucher (min spend 20) and 480 coins, nett = $11.20 for $20+20 value, best deal ever

(thou fingers crossed that bonus will in as what they promised)
SMS received from agent SIMBAxxxxx.
