How reliable the roaming is, I not sure. Last time when I was in Batam & Malaysia, Simba roaming was not very reliable, while Singtel (paid roaming) was seamless and smooth.

Yes. I believe paid data roaming eg Singtel is more suitable for serious work need.
But for leisure then Simba or Eight is good enough
