It is still good to have the option to call directly. This is the sole reason for me to stayput with Simba so that my old devices can be used and stay relevant. I dont really care much abt data roaming. May be it is time to port out next yrs March to other telco with cheaper plan once the wallet value is used up.actually not so important, use whatsapp, telegram..voice call.
For me this feature is still useful, but for a different reason, since even my 11 year old Note 4 can do VoLTE for traffic light telcos. It is still good to have the option to call directly. Your Simba Voice still works? For me this feature is still useful, but for a different reason, since even my 11 year old Note 4 can do VoLTE for traffic light telcos.
When you are overseas in a country with roaming partners that do not support VoLTE, the app would still have allow voice calls.
Wifi calling could be an alternative, but not it does not work everywhere.

Indeed, i got my apk from 3rd parties too as Play Store no longer had it. If iOS still works with this app, why Simba is giving different treatment to Android users? Sigh...The voice app still works on ios devices.

The purpose is to get my old Android devices to be able to call. Isnt it lame for me to get iPhone and still my Android devices remained unusable? But thank you for your kind suggestion.Could be due to the OS.
Overall, Simba still gives very good value deals. If the voice call app is a major concern for you, can consider getting a (2nd hand) iphone
Sorry Bro, does this means I can't call thru the normal way anymore? Or I just need to be on volte?I think Simba Voice for Android is no longer working, tried a few of my non-VoLTE 4G devices all failed to connect & activate. A sad moment.
This only affect non-VoLTE 4G Andriod devices. If you are iOS user, no issue to use Simba Voice app to call. As for Simba approved VoLTE devices, just enabled VoLTE function and call as per normal phone.Sorry Bro, does this means I can't call thru the normal way anymore? Or I just need to be on volte?
