Hi Folks, on senior plan, the inclusive data roaming allowance for China is 5GB (APAC) only or 5+3=8GB (APAC+Global) before the excess charges kick in?

this simba, signed and activated early of the month last year. fast forward 1 year, my renew becomes 3rd week
week of the month mow.

Sure, that’s possible. The renewal occurs a few days in advance of the end of the cycle, the renewal cycle is 30 days (which causes a drift of 5 or 6 days per year), and if you ever switched plans you could’ve disrupted that 30 day cycle.

I have been on the $25 plan all the time. Why suddenly does the app show I’m on the $18 plan? Another system glitch?

Now the app shows the $25 plan, with 2x data allowances (1x for this cycle, 1x for previous cycle I guess)
