Hi Folks, on senior plan, the inclusive data roaming allowance for China is 5GB (APAC) only or 5+3=8GB (APAC+Global) before the excess charges kick in?

Sure, that’s possible. The renewal occurs a few days in advance of the end of the cycle, the renewal cycle is 30 days (which causes a drift of 5 or 6 days per year), and if you ever switched plans you could’ve disrupted that 30 day cycle.

i saw their webpage ...... main data 500gb for Singapore also apply in equal amount to a few regional countries
very pleased with that :o haven't try yet
not heavyweight user .... i think as long the connection can support basic apps and whatsapp video call is good enough ..... youtube is bonus
For clarity...

Total 500GB is shared between Msia Indo Thai HK SG

I have been on the $25 plan all the time. Why suddenly does the app show I’m on the $18 plan? Another system glitch?

Now the app shows the $25 plan, with 2x data allowances (1x for this cycle, 1x for previous cycle I guess)

  1. The following shall be applicable to SIMBA mobile plans that offer Rollover Entitlement, which shall mean any unused mobile data, roaming data, or IDD minutes at the end of a renewal cycle of your mobile plan, that may be carried forward in accordance with the conditions set out below.
    1. Rollover Entitlement will be rolled over to the immediately following or next renewal cycle for a maximum of six (6) renewal cycles.
    2. Such entitlements that are rolled over will be capped to six (6) months of the mobile plan's entitlement (base + prevailing promo).
    3. Rollover Entitlement is only valid when all renewal payments are paid on time. Otherwise, we reserve the right to forfeit all accumulated Rollover Entitlement.
    4. For avoidance of doubt, in the event that renewal payment is not made on time, but made subsequently, you acknowledge that as a result of your non-payment when payment was due, Simba has the right to forfeit all Rollover Entitlement accumulated to the point of non-payment.
    5. Rollover Entitlement will be forfeited when you request and/or complete a change of plan, request for a mobile number port to another mobile operator, and/or if your mobile plan is suspended in accordance with regulatory actions or in accordance with these terms and conditions herein.
    6. Unutilised Rollover Entitlement is not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be transferred to any other account (including other accounts under your name) or to any other person or party under any circumstances.
