At Mount E Novena level 1, the coffeeshop deep inside away from the lobby.

Looks like a repeater or base station nearby.
You mostly won't get this type of speed at street level

I'm using the 12 dollar plan, does anyone knows if the APAC countries are also part of global (60+ countries) ?? Eg once I used finished the APAC countries allowance, I can draw down on the global 60 for eg China location??

Nope they are not, if you scared you can get the recharge 16 dollar plan for 500GB (365 days validity)

Update!

The SIMBA website was refreshed. Observed these changes as I have data-only plan with SIMBA:
- Data-only plan is now listed officially as a drop-down menu item
- Data-only plan has more than 1 options ($10, $12 and $15, similar to the mainstream call plans)
- Data-only plan data quota also got updated, it seems now there are more data. Local data now includes MY/ID/TH/HK, roaming data also got updated (e.g. China and SK is now part of APAC rather than 60+ countries Group A one)

On app it seems unused data can rollover, but website didn't state can or cannot.

SMS 28Jul means you will start new month on 01/02Aug....add 30 days the next one is 31Aug/01Sep...add 30 days will be 30Sep/01Oct...add 30 days will then be 30/31Oct...Voilà!

not sure if you get my point. should i be alarmed on TERMINATED status in portal #1 and #2.
