You added the transit card number?

Thanks. I figured out what u meant. I didnt realize of a different number.
Was charged multiple times of 10cents after several times of failure. :(

It still wasnt easy after i figured out the different number. Only succeed after 3 tries. Will they auto refund the 10 cents?

How make a claim on the SimplyGo app for ABT transaction?

After you have logged in to the apps, look for the trip that you want to make a claim. The amount must be in "green" box (instead of "grey" box). If the amount is in a green box, you can click on it, and there is a claim button for you to submit your claim.

For those trips where the amount is in grey box, wait for 2-3 days and it should turn into green box.

Looks like there is a problem with those entries. Technically, if these amounts are in grey boxes, it have yet to be posted to your credit card account yet. You may wish to verify this via your online banking account.

In the event that they have already posted to your credit card account, you should email them to check it out:

Since it has yet to be posted, then it is to your benefit that you don't make a claim. Maybe you don't have to pay for these trips at all especially if it is not marked as completed at all. (that is, it is marked in green) :s13:

Mastercard is accumulated for more days before being charged. You have to wait till the transaction is charged to your Mastercard. You can make a claim thereafter and the amount will be credited back separately to your Mastercard as another transaction.

Yes. Wait for the claim button to appear on simplygo. I usually file for both transactions. They will make the refund to one of your cards

No need. U just need to top up your dash account, add your dash visa cc to mobilepay wallet and u can start tapping on bus/mrt. For Apple phones, u need to go to applepay settings and set Dash as transit card. Not sure abt android phones though

need to add dash card in simplygo to use huh. no wonder...
