Been using *physical* cards without any issue. When mastercard general availability started I used a uob debit card. Now that visa is available, I'm using the dbs live fresh. I did not experience anything out of the ordinary compared to using the ezlink card.

Guess u are lucky your cards are newer batch enabled for simplygo.

Physical cards seem to be detected better. So far I've only had 2 instances of physical card not being detected on bus readers and that happened in the beginning. Compared to the countless issues with mobile devices

it's pretty difficult to use dash on Samsung phone for mrt
you need to make sure 4g is on and NFC is on too, and sometimes you will get invalid card (20) error message

Even harder to use if it's not a Samsung phone. Always fail to detect and full of errors. Sometimes the deduction will fail even if you have money in your wallet then you cannot use until the system resolves itself

So far I have been using Dash on my Apple Watch since June 2019 and to-date there have been no issues and the records have posted accurately.

Thanks for sharing the info. I saw the notification that my claim has been approved.

The irony now is my card has been reported as lost and am awaiting a new replacement. I am not sure where the money will go to now.
I have managed to get back the claim on the same card, it shows as a credit entry on my statement. However, given that the card issuer allows card payment to still be made to the card while past experience with other issuers seeing the payment using the card number of the loss card rejected, I doubt it is a good example.

Using phone or watch to tap for transit getting very unreliable and error prone for me. I tapped with my phone when only MasterCard was accepted with no issues but now constantly having no response from readers or invalid card errors

Initially it was ok, nowadays seem like I'm getting more errors :s22:
