Not talking about the claim. But the stupid card cannot use since missing exit on bus. Stupid right? Must go control centre reset?

I thought have to change new card issued from bank. Last time the control station keeps telling me is the bank issue Ended up requesting for a new card.

No such thing.
Could be failed due to a variety of reasons. Such as card is locked because you didn’t input the PIN correctly at the ATM etc etc

But definitely not because you didn’t tap out.

Edit: Also if you fail to tap out and the system is unable to “estimate” the location you alighted. A full 2$ will be deducted.

my card isn't locked. i used my smartwatch to tap out at bus and failed, next morning i was charged the full trip's amount, but i could not tap in again at mrt. i got 'card failed' error at more than 1 reader.

i used the physical card with no issues. i later deleted the card off samsung pay and re-added again so it read with a different card number and managed to use it again.

don't understand why there's this problem since they already deducted the full trip's amount from my cc and charge went through successfully. there shouldn't be any reason for 'card failed'.

happened to my dash too, but that one i can't do anything to it, so i stopped using for transport.

check with your bank. It is very likely that SimplyGo can't deduct money from your account so it blocks the card from any further transactions.

the amount deducted fine. i received the sms from the bank on that transaction. as did the transactions on my dash. few weeks later, still cannot use after payment went through.

Use simplygo app and you can track if the transfer was recorded. So far for me all is tracked correctly.

Express Travel Card already available since 12.3 and does not work with our bus and mrt readers
