Anyone got billed for the wrong amount? Shld have been billed $3.62 but I received notification from ocbc of transaction of $3.59.

Anyone hitting issues with the travel details not recording properly?
I have 1 record which had a "missing exit", another one had a "missing entry" yesterday. They are charging me a $2 for a $0.83 trip.

If there are any discrepancies in your travel transactions or billings, you may submit your claims for the travel transactions of the cards that are linked to your SimplyGo Account via the "My Claims" page on the TransitLink SimplyGo Portal (https://simplygo.transitlink.com.sg/) or TransitLink mobile app. Claims can only be filed for transactions that are up to 14 days after the date of incident.

I encountered missing exit for the first time last Fri. Charged $2 for 1 busstop.

I kena missing exit on MRT yesterday :(
But I'm too old to jump over the gantry :s13:

Does the missing exit actually happen if u ensure that the "bank card usage" was shown when u tapped out? Wondering cos I nv use the app to check but I usually ensure that it reflects when tapped so it is at least "recorded".

From my experience with missing exit, it can be random. I always Ensure that I take note of the bank card usage messages when I exited. However, there are still occurrence of missing exit. I would advise u to check ur SimplyGo transactions from time to time. One observation from mrt missing exit is the end time of a trip. It is generally 0000hr. That acts as a red flag for me.

My transaction amount is now reflected properly on simply go app.
Now waiting for the amount to be updated on my card transaction. It still shows the incorrect amount (but it is still unposted).

what is the best rebate for SimplyGo with Visa? I searched and found now BOC family card may hit 3% rebate if monthly spending above 800
