I think it's ok for either party to take the initiative, but I rarely do so because I'm a little awkward.

That's based on personal preference, personally it depends on how the date went and I will always offer to get the bill instead (I have never met anyone who accepted though). I've made up excuses to go to the washroom to pay the bill on my way back.

Only my office lights were on, all the lights turned on when I walked out . No one had complained about me working late, though some of my colleagues told me to take it easy a little so that I don't pressurize my team members. I recently got moved to a new team, I've made it clear that I have weekly plans that I intend to adhere to and I hope we can work together to achieve these objectives. That said, I don't expect people to work late or over weekends, they just need to commit within reasonable means, as it is my responsibility to set reasonable goals.
