Good to remember that important conversations or messages should always take place f2f first before u follow up with an email..

Suppose the company's culture or management had not tolerated or encourage his behaviour, he would not have lasted this long.. Indirectly, u are blasting ur own boss.

Work efficiency is one thing. Managing power struggles and polictics is another.

Sad to say I don’t have full time staff Liao. Now replaced by interns partially to save cost partially due to long story
