But withdrawal got 1 statement says min must leave $100 inside sibo

This $100 cannot be touch issit?

min. $100 is needed only to maintain the account and start earning interest, so if really the interest drop til not attractive, just withdraw everything and close.

The name I put as legal name is not my full name. Is there going to be a problem for insurance claims, etc? The debit card name is also not my full name which I don’t think it’s an issue...

Ah good point, this must be it! I can’t sign manually also coz name longer than character limit, and a comma!
Hi - this is Ned from Singlife. We have updated the processing for MyInfo applications to handle cases like this. If you haven't already gone down the non-MyInfo route then it should work now (unless your MyInfo doesn't have a surname or a phone number available). Thanks!

For the debit it's fine. If you need to make a claim there will be some additional work on our compliance team to ensure everything is legit which may result in a delay, but assuming everything is ok it will still go through. We understand that names are complicated!

Don't think is possible cos i also received similar letters when i have a refund ordered by another site. This is the bank's way to keep us posted of "refunds" i guess..

That's why i said it's not the usual FAST transfer SingLife is using as compared to other banks
Let me get someone to see if there is anything we can do here. I agree that we don't want to waste paper unnecessarily!
