For those TLDR.

Moi summarise bah.

1st $10k no more 2.5% only 2%

The remaining 90k stays put at 1%

If you want to earn the extra 0.5%, chiu have to spend $500. Which means spend $500 using the debit card to earn $4++

Overall still a solid product for first $10k.

If you can find outside where got give more than 1% for your 90k than please go ahead ( assuming it’s risk free and no lock in period )

Not bad la, still got 2%. The additional 0.5% via debit card spend is not worth it though. Kudos to Singlife for at least making the change transparent.

have been with them since beta days. when it was out, 2.5% was not even the highest rates. now current climate makes them the highest and they resisted the change for many months. plus having some common courtesy to inform 1 month before change, unlike some other similar competitor is a good practice.

not gonna spend $500 for the additional 0.5%, simply not worth but good try for them to hit visa adoption rates.

kudos. nothing to complain (ok maybe the ever slow withdrawal but all's good).

I mean when they bought aviva liao I suspect sure will do smth. So fast join the complicated Bank campaign crowds lol. But 2% is still not bad.

u do realise acquisition of aviva doesn't happen overnight right. pretty sure this has been in the works for sometime. i think they need to give 1 month notice of a change in rate also. so today just nice?

This 2.5% started Feb 2020 ? Wow not even 12 mths n now drop to 2%.

u tell me which bank didn't do this or maybe more than this?

According to the app it says max withdrawal is 20k a day. But somehow someone managed to do 30k? Not sure legit or not.
No fee for withdrawal

Yes. Singlife has adjusted the crediting rate from 2.5% to 2% for first 10k deposit

It will not be instant. Around 10 mins I think
