have you never experienced before they have issue with them system, which resulted in such delays?

Anyway are you withdrawing to a joint account or single?
havent. mine is single account.
contacted them on whatsapp, said no timeline on when this would be resolved.
damn sian they're holding my money when i dont have much cash already

then you lucky. earlier days, a lot of such issue. so cannot treat this as a bank account.

base interest credited on 18 apr but not spend bonus interest even though have $500 spending on the "ahem" in last policy month

they're always credited together one on the same day (back-to-back)... if no posted means something wrong liao. mine is 1st of month, gotta wait till then to check. last month no prob.

Received both on 18th.

Did you check your spend tracker ? I always make sure I check one day later to make sure it says achieved.

The thing is even to climb back up, unit trusts tend to be slower as they have heavy fees/forex risk pegged to them. Just for that $30. Oh well lesson learnt.

Anyone has already liquidated this? I'm planning to shift out for better interest rates elsewhere...

1.5% for $10k is still very decent.. why need to withdraw? can be treated as some sort of an emergency fund account.

I thought is up to 1.0% p.a. return on the first S$10,000?
it's easy to grab the extra 0.5% by using their card to top up ****. open secret but shall not reveal all in case some people here not happy...
