We Hokkien got a saying mouth speak, balls shiok lar. I think that is just talk for fun. Where got low comm if low comm why system jammed? There should be no midnight all agents rush in correct? Sometimes some ppl like to open mouth and talk for fun so relax a bit.

If it is not for the fact that she managed to get it through for you, I would say get another agent.

An insurance agent should not just think of themselves but what is good for clients. This kind don't even need to explain to sell. Just need to lose a couple of hours sleep to submit for just one day.

This kind of attitude makes the client feel bad even though they still earn commission though less than other products. Instead of thank you for letting me earn something, it is aiyah you give me more work.

And finally, with such mindset, how to trust that she recommend products suitable for clients instead of products that she earn more commission.

We don't know what error message you are getting. Have you tried calling Singlife?

Anybody realised that singlife app keep hanging after logging in via fingerprint?

I am using s23 ultra..updated the singlife app but keep crashing out when I sign in with my fingerprint...

From last night..now still the same.

But if I cancel the fingerprint and sign in using pin, it worked

oh after i use my password to sign in, now i use fingerprint and it worked

qualifiying topup-> total deposits - total withdrawal (excluding card spent).
Or is the only way is to continuously topup 800 now?

Cuz in the past, used to top up and withdraw from grab. but thats not possible now.
