Hi, is the Singlife App down now? It’s only showing white screen everytime I logged in. Tried for a few times but it’s still the same.

If you are trying VPN or overseas SIM, they might be blocking it.

Local SIMs using roaming will appear as Singapore IP address and might work.

Had to clear data to get past the grey screen, was using wifi too. Not sure what the problem was.

Anyone knows how long does it take for Singlife navigator account to close and withdrawal of the funds to reach my bank?

sohguanh, did u get the Singlife retirement plan in the end? My relative (>55yo) is looking for a retirement / annuity plan and was recommended Singlife Flexi by her agent. She is also looking at Income’s Solitaire Luxe Plus. TIA

In the end nope. I predict short lifespan for me so not getting those plans which tend to favor the long lifespan ppl instead

Brother,have you ever encountered stuck (red color page with the logo)when open the app?
Few day already unable open the singlife app.even I power off and on it.
