They improved a lot in terms of speed 😊

Used to see a statement stating it is normal for funds to be in to your beneficiary acc within 3hrs after withdrawal

Ooh let us know if u manage to find out the answer :D

But the 2.5% is only offered for the 1st year isn't it?

So may not keep more than a year

Where did you read that? Got a link?

AFAIK there's no time guarantee on the 2.5%, they can cut or change it in 30 days or in 10 years or never, or any time between, with notice. It's their discretion.

The good news is that there's no lock in, and the money is protected up to the surrender value. So no need to panic, just enjoy the 2.5% while it lasts.

Black and white only state "Returns are not guaranteed and may change in the future."

So i don't think it'll last more than a year. If it does, good for all of us

What I'm trying to say to Squaredot is. It may not even be a long term thing
So may not need to do nomination. I don't know. It's up to individual

Well there's a big difference between stating (as you did) "offered for the first year" and "we don't know how long it will last".

Just trying to get facts straight and avoid misleading information.

My account accidentally locked out due to multiple time entering wrong password that I forgot. Have watsapp them the problem and need to wait till weekday for them to reply. Just wondering if during lock out period am I still entitled to the interest earned.

Don't know why I require to login to my password when usually I login via finger print on my phone.

OK indeed there's something weird about that Facebook answer. But yeah, there's no official document that I know that would confirm that
(I did read each terms and conditions document very carefully during the application and if I remember correctly there's no mention of first year in there.)
