Is there any visibility during sign up whether I am within the first 20k customers? Is the within 20k customer based on account opening or account funding?

To be more specific, my account was opened yesterday evening but I have not funded due to family name and given name sequence issue which I have raised via your WhatsApp channel but no reply yet which I get bcoz due to after support time.

Hi @a4973: the 20K mark is calculated based on the policy being in-forced, which is the technical term used in the insurance industry. On our side, that happens the moment you fund your Singlife Account with the initial S$500 requirement. We have just launched to public, so you are safe in that tranche.

I will take your feedback and update some FAQ content based on that, for better clarity.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) team will have to clear you manually first, then you will be allowed to proceed. This should happen early next week. Will make sure to check in with them Monday morning.

Hi @peppermint7, the SGD amount you hold in your Singlife Account balance is yours and you have full liquidity on it, you can withdraw at any time, without fees or lock-ins. You can also draw down from that amount by using your Visa debit card anywhere Visa is accepted, including online payments.

Correct, @oceanicmanta. The monthly interest credit date follows your policy start date, not a fixed calendar date, so slightly different for every customer. We're working on making that a bit more clear in the app.

Yes, it will be, so long as your policy status is in-force, and you hold the minimum balance requirement for that, which is $100.
