For those who have been with Singlife for >1 month, just to check, how do they credit the interest to you and how long do they take?

They will credit you the interest every month based on the day your policy was issued.

So for example, your policy is issued on 19 Aug. Your monthly interest will be credited to you every 19th of the month. They'll send you an email the day after (20th in this case) as well to inform you that they've credited you the interest.

Do take note that you can't change the crediting date. So if you'll prefer to have your interest credited to you at the start of the month, fund your account a day before that. It took them 1 day after funding my account to be issued the policy. Not sure if that has changed.

Much thanks. Because the counter for interest accumulated has reset (a new month) but the interest has not been credited nor have i received any email. Will continue to look out for today

Strange. The interest accumulated for the month should not reset till you're credited the interest for that month. Can look at the transactions under Activity in the app. Then again, looking at the various bugs I encountered in the app, it could just be an error on their end. Just WhatsApp them if the issue remains

It's over 24 hours since I made the FAST transfer. The top up amount is still not reflected in my account. It is getting really worrying. I still haven't gotten any reply from them yet.

Has the interest been credited for you tho by now?
Mine was at the end of the month, the interest reset at like maybe 1am? But was credited by 2am.. so in between 1am to 2am like the interest as if disappeared..
Was that what happened to you? I think its their own system thing, like the way they credit..

Email notification

I don’t think they sent email notification for interest credit.

There is also no where to edit notifications settings in app. :s22:

"Rest assured the amount should be within SingLife. Please allow us some time and we will get back to you as soon as we can."

This is their reply. So far my money is nowhere for 30+ hours, this is not what I expected. I will update regularly
