Same experience. But 3 days later credited into account. Once inform them. Relax.

I saw the problems faced with transferring money, I decided to use dbs to transfer to be safe. Test water with $1 first. Lol

Are you using DBS? I'm using DBS and never encountered such problems. Deposit and withdrawal within 5 minutes max

I have been withdrawing $200 everyday from Singlife to ICBC account to withdraw using socash. No problems at all, takes a few minutes only.

I had singlife for more than 2 months. After the initial problems, I don’t need to care abt the account anymore. It will just run by itself to accumulate the interest

which bank? recently my cimb bank fast transfer to other banks take more than 1 day too.

Also I accessed the referral link on my phone which brought me directly to the App Store to download the app. How would I know if the referral bonus is applied? It’s not like a code I enter unpin registration.

there are always two extremes.

on one end, those that are scared whenever someone stir fear by asking 'is it safe', and just hide cash in milo tin. lose out never mind, most important is to be 101% safe! (SDIC guarantee is only 100% safe, they want 101%!)

on the other end, there are those that get their HR to salary credit to 3 accounts every month, DBS Multipler, UOB One, OCBC 360. Open singlife, Dash, Etiqa account, queue with aunties at Hong Leong and Singapura to open high interest savings account.

I am probably in the middle. If easy to open online and got SDIC protection, I got no problems. If must queue up at branch, I probably wouldn't bother - thats why all those 3-yr endowment that must contact agent, i don't waste time - but those that can do online, like Singlife 3.03%/2.5%, and HSBC 2.5%, I got no problem.

If not applied referral code after activated, can go message them again ask. So far, starting account got some problem, but solved within next day after messaging, last saw the amount input still intact on app.

No, just that SoCash works with DBS and ICBC payment only. For some reason I have problem with DBS, at the time of payment it asks me to use the hard token and doesnt allow me the sms or soft token, even though I got migrated to the soft token long ago and my hard token battery is dead. It happens only for SoCash payment I dont know why. So I use ICBC.
