If you see the withdrawal screen they say up to 3 hours. But usually faster than that unless got some system issue again

The Grow portfolio looks like a bunch of high cost unit trusts. You can just take the recommended allocations and buy yourself, no need to pay the management fee to Singlife. Most unit trust platforms have no sales charges anyway.

I'd rather put my money in robos or DIY.

Click through on the respective Grow portfolios, they will give you the allocations.

Anyone ever experienced delay when depositing into Singlife? Used it since July and only encountered today when depositing a large sum. CSO advised that the funds not sighted on their end but bank alr cfm that the funds went out.

Same issue here. Did not receive confirmation sms from Singlife after transferring funds in. Funds already went out of my source bank account. The money has not gone into Singlife yet.

I waited 30 mins before I reached out their CSO
They first advised it would be reflected within 10-15 mins but till now it’s been almost 3 hours still nothing yet
