Today, when i tried to top up the Grab App using SingLife debit card ,
it says my card is blocked, asked me to call the number behind the card,

Did anyone called to inquire before?
Did they help to solve the issue ?

You can try but there's a number of singlife cards are being blocked from grab progressively. Mine is one cannot since a few months after I was initially successful and I didn't bother to ask liao

u called them once and they unblocked for you, then after that kena block again ?

No didn't bother to call. Cos I know one day this will be closed just a matter of time catching up. Only managed to do it during the first 6 days when VPA and paynow withdrawal was opened on grab. Subsequently cannot and seeing others encountering same issue I just didn't bothered

Wah me too. I have entered the right pin but my card got blocked in Grab. Then I tried deleting the card and couldn’t add it back anymore. Dropped support an email. Hope they get back soon.

u tried to top up wallet or charge at online retail ?

Top up wallet. Grab said to request singlife to enable the 3DS feature on the card and allow the card to be used on Grab platform.

anyone else have similar issue resolved? I will ask Singlife too.

Just topped with no issues, 1st transaction went through without any 2FA and 2nd transaction required SMS OTP which is successful as well.

This is the first time requiring SMS OTP, will monitor the card spend tracker.

*Update: completed card spend tracker.
