Hi, my fibre unlimited is back in service this morning.No dice. Hard reset done but still not working. I am using the router provided by Singtel. Is the connection mode supposed to be Bridging or PPPoE? I think it should be the latter? Anyone using Singtel fibre with the default modem can help confirm?

The connection type is dynamic ip, as confirm by using a 3rd party modem.
If you are using Aztech 7008, it is plug and play.

i have to do multiple hard reset, seem like only once it manage to reset successfully then connection got back

DHCP or VLAN ***** up is worse than simply changing dns.
I understand the damage part but damn SingTel's problem is even worse from a technical stand point.
