Message 2 say , delivering unsuccessful (reason, security guard don let him in)
This type of stupid story. HDB got security guard, fencing, gate huh?

This brings back memories—I’ve experienced a similar situation before with SingPost. The tracking status showed the item as 'delivered,' but I never received it. When I called customer service, they insisted it had been delivered and even provided a signature claiming it was received by a 'security guard.' I had to point out that I live in an HDB flat, which doesn’t have security guards.

They are the worst last-mile delivery company out there

Last time whenever I ordered from Amazon, I really dread to see SingPost as the last-mile cos confirm will have issues

I even tried putting in a remark to Amazon to avoid using SingPost but they boh chup me

He didn't even bring my parcel up in the first place
