Because it's restricted by the board as stocks has high risks, thus the 35% limit.

after deducting the 20k balance, your remaining * 35% is the amount you can invest.
out of this 35% amount, those with more than 10k can afford stocks like starhub but peasants like me have to look for cheaper options.

surely not everyone will be happy with the 2.5% interest rate that CPF is offering.
singpost have a current yield of 4.5~4.7%

this stock is the only stock that has consistently keep going higher, hardly fall one, but it climbs super duper slow but steadily ppl keep saying this stock will lose $$$ bla bla bla, till today i still see ppl use singpost haha

SingPost is expanding its business into e-commerce, which has very strong growth potential. Although it's share price moves slowly, the ~4% dividend yield makes it worthwhile to hold.

It's new CEO Wolfgang Baier was a Partner at McKinsey & Co. Even MNCs engage consultancy firms like McKinsey to improve their businesses.

At it's current price, future growth potential has been priced in already. Wait for it to come down before buying in.

Looking forward to more good stuff from SingPost, very strong comeback today after slight consolidation over past two trading days. I don't expect it break its all time high by a huge margin, although it certainly seems able to go beyond its current high.
