Should I keep or sell some?

We have the same no of lots. I would keep because I bought at $1.23. Wait for $125 dividend.

I have a good yield on this and also expect dividend to maintain, so gonna continue to hold. If dividend drops then I will reassess...

mail/parcel sorting machines have increase alot in efficiency over the pass many years ( look at fedex and ups machines). looks like they are expecting the delivery volume to increase alot in the future. i don't think the new machines are only twice faster than the ones they replaced

45mil for upgrading, looks like very cheap for what they are doing

Good luck. Last few times xd also didn't drop much and it just went back up in 2-3days. Have been waiting to add more since it xd last July. The way the market have been chasing yields, its probably the same.


Relac 1 corner and wait while continue to collect dividend. Just hope for no major good news to make it go higher. Very hard to justify if yield drops below 4%
