Ya man..emailed them since early march this year and they keep sending me emails stating "8 weeks to process"/ need more time etc..hais

Via singsaver for their rewards. I just apply citi premiermiles card. May I know what counts as a new bank customer? I ask singsaver. They said I have to ask bank. I called Citibank the CS isn’t sure!
