Is there a difference between Singtel Senior and Hi! Posted Pay Senior in turn of download speed and roaming speed?

Currently on Eight but find it slow when inside shopping mall.

Currently on Eight but find it slow when inside shopping mall.

The Singtel Senior is consider as MNO and the Singtel Hi is consider MVNO hence the priority will be Senior better performance in crowded areas. ( But a word of cautious every telco will have some form of hit in speed or performance during peak hours )

But if you see the packages for data plan is totally different... so take note to consider if you need higher priority with more expensive monthly or costing saving with better roaming data packages.

anybody knows: if I'm porting out a number from Hi! by Singtel (formerly Heya), which option should I choose under "Current Service Provider", Heya or Singtel Postpaid? there's no "Hi! by Singtel" or "Singtel Hi!" option on the Eight or SIMBA websites. ty

Ask eight in this case, most likely they need to update the website to change "heya" to "SingTel hi! Postpaid".

I was told as Singtel heya (Hi) is considered as postpaid. Singtel got separate hi card prepaid.

Looks like Singtel hi! no longer offers S$12 4G Postpaid plan to new customers (used to have S$10 port-in offer as well). Now the only 4G plan is the S$5 4G Senior Plan.

There are high priced plans with "5G+ Enhanced" label at S$30 and S$35 per month, which I tend to think not worth it.

Among the 5G plans, I tend to think only the S$7 Senior Plan and S$15 normal plan are more suitable.

SIM card collection is available for:

• Port-ins to hi! plans

Yes, SIM card collection is free for all eligible hi! by Singtel plans. There are no additional fees.

18. What do I need to bring when collecting my SIM card?
You have to bring:
• Your order confirmation email
• Your mobile phone with Singpass for easier registration
Alternatively, you can bring a valid Singapore-issued ID e.g. NRIC, Employment Pass (EP), S Pass or Work Permit.

For identity verification, you need to collect your SIM card in person. Someone else can't collect it on your behalf.

There is also a S$10 7day plan, which is not advertised in the Singtel hi! website and not in the Singtel hi! app. Not really worth it anyway.

You may have to get those travel eSIM from Shopee or other online platform.

They should allow.... sim delivery... with a fee like GOMO also i don't mind. so mafan bring down my old folks to get the physical sim. I think they will have more signups if they allow delivery of physical sim!
