any ST user encountering the same issue of not able to activate StepUp on My Singtel App and sync at least 10,000 steps for 1 day in StepUp before 7 September 2019, 11.59PM.

I just signed up Singtel Stepup. I am using fitbit inspire HR tracker. I installed google fit and fit2fit apps.

Use fit2fit app to sync fitbit to google fit. Use Mysingtel Stepup to sync from google fit.

need to update mysingtel app to latest version (shown as version 7.5 in appstore) then can see

Try force closing the app, turning off the wifi then open the app again. There might be some feature pushing going on.

anyone tried to sync steps between garmin connect and google fit?

online search says use strava as middle-man but strava doesn't seem to sync steps with garmin, only activities...

Add: finally resolve this. Garmin connect users, need to install Myfitnesspal and link it to garmin connect, then link Myfitnesspal to Google Fit.

I went into my Apple Health app and it did say it’s linked to Singtel app. But Singtel app can’t read from Apple Health. Anyone experiencing the same?

Check under settings > privacy > motion&fitness if health app is enabled access to step count.

for now cannot. but i think they will slowly come out with update to enable 3rd party sync in august, when AIA vitality officially kicks in..

try deleting the step up profile and try again? could be an error when trying to establishing the link with apple health at app platform. i had the issue with google fit as well during the initial setup.

Would be great if they offer it for prepaid users. Most postpaid plans come will large data caps that 3GB probably won't make a difference. Unless of course u use Singtel

Thank you! Not sure if this is the triggering factor but finally manage to sync to StepUp now after several delete and reinstall of Singtel app

I link as yours but my phone still get the step reading from Fit instead of Garmin.
