If is really faulty SingTel will just change for you. Because got one time I change a 3GS that give me more problems, then I go change again the next day.

I helped a Malaysian friend to buy a ip4 in singapore but recently she dropped her iphone n the screen cracked. Can she pay $350 n replace with a new ip4? I dun remember the seller bought the iphone from where, so I dun know where to send the iphone to. N y does ST needs ic?

replacement is refurbish set.
check with apple where is the warranty.

crack screen seems complicated, if not go out shop get them to change lcd instead?

actually it is crack on both LCD n back plate. but if she willing to pay $350, she can replace her current 1 with a refurbished set n still continue the warranty right?

but most likely the firmware will be 4.3.5?

Send the set to Apple Comcentre - telcos wont handle any apple sets not sold by them.

Huh? Charged till 9% 8 hours later still left with 9%?

Service center will not let you change because you do not have a NRIC, also you need your parents or guardian to bring you down.

Singtel Spoiled Iphone

just sign line yesterday to get an iphone 4 white. Bring home charge. Today after charging, was playing it and notice the volume "down" button is faulty. couldnt be press ! its just less den a day and this thing happen! Is it possible to do 1-1 exchange with the hello shop since its within 7 days? i dont wanna go commcentre change refurbish set.
