we all know that water damaged doesnt cover warranty.

i had a speaker defect on one side of my iphone.to repair it cost $350.

if i send the phone for one to one exchange due to "other" defect not water related.will i able to change and forfeit paying the 350$?

as long as the indicator shows water entering the phone, your warranty will be void. you can't actually argue if it was water that caused the speaker to malfunction in the first place.

btw, you do know that iphone only have one speaker don't you? the other one is a mic

Is IP4 out of stock at any Singtelshop now? Usually, will they replenish stock when it runs low or out?

Singtel shops have limited stocks coming in everyday. You just have to be there before the stocks run out for the day. Some shops have stock till even 4~5pm or even later due to low shopper traffic during weekdays.

Do i need to pay for the micro sim card?

I got mine changed for free. But I was on a subscription plan already with Singtel already. Just went there and said if I could change my normal sim to micro sim and all done.

buy online sim is free. for shop only can think of CIS. unless u have some other kind of special. else sim and registration cant run de.

that is for new line sign up.

existing u can try report loss n get them issued micro sim. no harm trying =)
or see if 1688 mobile CS can waive of the charges for u not.

its who can give u free. shop have no rights.
see how u can sweet talk ur way into the hotline staff giving u free.

alternative is report loss, when collect at store request micro sim =P but provided they willing too. (nv tested, no clue, suggestion only)

r u on iphone plan, if yes, that will be easier as u got a basis to say u pay higher bills over the same talk time plan.

what's the problem with your phone?
err they check your phone then if really got problem, they exchange with refurbished set.
