If really got problem they wouldn't repair it for you, will do a 1-1 exchange.
make sure the LSI is not activated else warranty void.

But first try to hard reset (hold the sleep and home button till you see the apple logo). If that doesn't help then go commcenter bah.

May I know whats LSI?

cool is it also found in the iphone 4?

and do u guys know if they actually open up the iphone 4 to check the internals, or do they just look at exterior before assessing whether to replace for u or not?

lsi should be used on most or maybe all phones now.

this is to prevent water damage before further diagnosing and repairing.

i intend to sign for a iphone mainly for data plan use. I have not sign on and data plan before with any company so i dunno how favable are they. After doing some research and price compare i found out that singtel seem to be abit cheaper and favable as a data user. I am a all time starhub fav, broadband and tv cable are with starhub so that y i know nothing abt singtel.

Can someone advice by comparing starhub and singtel which is favlable. I am looking at the 50+++ plus and MAINLY USING DATA service only.

If i sign as a brand new user what benefit can i get from them? Do i have to wait for iphone4 or there are stock?

May want to add in the 1st post FAQ

Q: Can I request for Singtel to keep the iphone sealed after I purchase it?
A: NO, it is company policy to break the seal of the iphone in front of you :s8::s8::s8:

Went to recontract just now @ Singtel comcentre, counter dude insisted that no matter what, even despite my offer of taking full responsibility of any missing/faulty contents, due to company policy, he had to break the seal :s8:

Also recontracted at Starhub today - world of difference - counter person thanked me for saving his time, no need to check thru the contents of box with me :s13:
