just curious why is it not put side by side? since he only has 2 badges and both look like the same size.

cos that's not a skill badge. it is a vocation badge.

rsaf vocation badge is on the chest, not like army which is on the collar.

I have seen a LTC from commandos having 2 Ranger tab, one left side which is the local one, and 1 right side dunno whether is overseas one?

so it's authorised for wear? last year Tony Tan's presidential swearing-in ceremony, the Navy ensign has it. I started a thread here to ask, and the consensus is that it was the SF tab (local). I did not know then whether it was officially authorised for wear by SAF

not that i know of. though coincidentally US' multicam Ranger tab is also olive with black wording....
