20-30min deep sleep only ?That's about the time. By the time I get home, I shower and eat, it's around 7pm or 7+. Eat finish by 8. Start to feel sleepy about 30 min or 1 hour later, so I just lie in bed.
I usually have few hours of deep sleep, then wake up toss and turn around, cannot sleep after that. If lucky, I sleep for 20-30 min then time to wake up.

Daytime, I feel abit sleepy the afternoon. i always think it's food coma but sometimes I never take a heavy lunch.As long as daytime feel ok prob just a minor adjustment

Try wearing a smart watch like apple watch to monitor sleep quality.
Try lay down 3 hours after eating.

Can’t sleep properly … can be dangerousI am not young. I rotate doing some of these daily, pull up and push up, cycling, concentration slow movements, walking and stretching. If I never exercise, I can't sleep properly. If I exercise and do not overtrain, my appetite and digestion, sleep all very good.

as you grow older, you need less sleep. Theres a reason why some of the eldery auto wakes up at 5-6am, even though they sleep at 11-12am. While I am not there yet, I do wake up generally after 6-7hours of sleep.Nowadays I feel sleepy when it's just 8 plus 9pm. Don't know if it's coz older now. Last time can sleep for 8 hours or more. Now if I go to bed earlier, I wake up after a few hours then cannot sleep. If I went gym or v tired from work, can sleep for only an hour or two hours more.
I try taking melatonin but don't really work after a while. Anyone like that also? Any suggestion?
