The first one is a sleeping pill. The second one seem good. I'm interrsted to try. Seem like I can only buy online. Where can I buy in stores?The zopiclone very good, half a tablet can sleep through the night and not drowsy the next day. For the other one, most of the time can sleep through but sometimes will still wake up earlier. Both can solve my problem very well compared to those days where I can’t sleep well a lot of times.
I see. The Gnite candy contain melatonin, so I think won't work for me. Though I read reviews saying it's tasty lol.Yes sleep, so u wont vomit. Really drowsy cant drive.

I stop taking melatonin for a while coz no effect and I suspect my headache come from that. end up taking panadol. For cordyceps, is it the supplement or the herb you take?melatonin will make me feel unease.i took cordyceps before bedtime,i find it help me to sleep
I feel my memory is getting worse, not sure if it’s covid after effect or poor sleep. Haiz. Maybe next time when I get old will have dementia too.
That's about the time. By the time I get home, I shower and eat, it's around 7pm or 7+. Eat finish by 8. Start to feel sleepy about 30 min or 1 hour later, so I just lie in bed.Gone to bed so early at 8-9pm ? That's just 1 hour after eating. This is too short.
Then what happens after sleeping early ? You didn't manage to sleep all the way till morning ?
Melatonin never work for me a while alrdy and I think have side effect for me. I go gym, find it help me to sleep better at night but can't do on weekday. i also think it's age.i took melatonin, its not working (don't take regularly but also no work liao)
i tried jogging, 2.5-3k, i end up not tired also.
age is the issue.
I usually can sleep for first few hours, just that will wake up after.stop watching phone/TV 1hr/30mins before sleep, sure can sleep. just listen to music/radio

I explore new recipe on weekend. Weekdays, I buy takeaway. I tried cooking after work, cannot. Definately take more than 15 min to prepare, cook and wash up. Too tedious, so I just get healthier food from nearby my placesorry to say, there's no luxury of time to explore many "secret" recipes. Speed is the key. The food must be ready in 10-15 mins max while you shower and get ready.
If too tedious, you sure give up cooking sooner or latter.
I've tried steaming everything, from wagyu or normal grass fed beef, any kinds of fish and vege, they all cooked within 10-15mins. Add some seasoning of your choice, they taste good enough, not too fancy.
I go on weekend. Later I'm going. I run on tread mill for v long and do abit of resistance training also. V tired after that, but i can only do on weekend, that's the thing.bro, how about change your schedule like go to gym?
I was like that also when I was young. now I'm older, I think it's age.i can never exercise and then expect to have a good sleep at night.
use to be when i was teen, i play soccer all day, or go gym carry weights, go home feeling sore n aches, at night slept like a log
but now that i aged, even abit of exercise that make me sweat n rise the heart beat for more than 15 mins, at night i super awake instead of sleepy.
Not possible to take everyday. Else when you actually have flu and need to eat it, it will have no effect.can take those flu/allergic pills. drowsy type take one and will sleep like a pig.
Which mean for those of us cannot sleep well, our brain is aging faster than our body lol. we use too much brain?? lol

Once I start cooking myself regularly recently, I realised how different it taste from outside food, like 10x saltier, sweeter, smelly oils.....etcI explore new recipe on weekend. Good idea. I tried before, but if I go buy food, I might as well just buy all, no need to cook. I have pressure cooker, just dump ingredients inside for soup but still take at least 30 min. I can't 100% avoid tabao cos like many...no time after work and 20-30 mins running sessions , hence I can only reduce the portion and mix with my own cooking. E.g. buy some boon tong kee chickien for protein, then steam my own purple sweet potato and vege for carbs.
