Yes.. but depending on your updates. Win7 can have high cpu high hdd consumption. Because of all the updates on top of each other which sometimes causes prob. I have seen a few already. Prefer to use more modern os.

Okay here's the update (and frustration)

Removed GPU.
Tried installing Win 7 via Ext DVD - failed
Tried installing Win 10 via bootable USB created by rufus - failed (Memory Management Stop Code)
Install DVDRom via Sata, install win 7 via dvd - success

Plug back GPU, power up.
GPU fans has LED lit up.

But monitor no signal on either GPU or onboard.

What am I missing here?
Need another photo of wiring with maomao?

well anyway if u can maybe bring down to nigel@SLS and see whats the issues, and i believe u wouldnt be able to get any spare parts to test right? :o

and one last thing, maybe try one ram stick and test it slots to see if it works.
