And one of the applicant needs to be under the age of 30 at time of application to be eligible for staggered dp, not only first timer.

Are you looking at Keat Hong Mirage??

Keys should be ready soon and no we dont see Delivery Possession Date to gauge key collection, you can see Probable Completion Date which is 3Q 2016(Likely to be revised again) but definitely key collection starting in Sept 2016 latest..

Yes, I am looking at KH Mirage, so if I get a desired number, and I book the flat, I will need to do the full downpayment on my second appointment since I will most likely collect key and sign the lease at the same time, is it?
Both me and my partner at below 30 as well.

Very likely to be it. By the time the sobf ballot results is out, should be somewhere in Aug..By the time u go for selection, keys should already be ready, dilly dally abit here and there i think by Dec(signing of lease agreement) should be take possession and sign at the same time.

Parenthood priority scheme

Hi, this scheme says 50% of flats are reserved for such people. If you choose an estate, how are units reserved, or they just reserve 50%of total units. Also do you thonk I have a good chacne of getting if I try with this scheme? Even for mature estates. Eyeing toa payoh or kallang.

When you say sobf more expensive, are u referring to sobf units that are already completed or still under construction?

In general a SOBF flat gets more and more expensive as time goes by after the initial BTO launch. This also applies to units still under construction. The SOBF price isn't the same price as at launch.

That's what I thought too but I have friends telling me sobf units are only more expensive if they are completed. For sobf units still in construction phase, it's same price as initial launch.

I guess for the correct ans must contact hdb directly.

Still in construction is almost same but would be slightly higher than initial launch..

need to clarify,

"Calculation of grant amount
The AHG and/ or SHG amount received depends on the average gross monthly household income for the 12 months prior to you submitting your flat application. Families with lower household incomes will receive a larger grant amount."

1) Does this include bonuses (i.e. Performance bonuses), or AWS?
2) If my monthly income ~2k and my fiancee ~2k, do I check under 2k? or 4k?

1) No
2) 4k

Average 12 months..If both of u is fixed at $2k for the past 12 months prior to application then it would be $4k..

If maybe you $1.8k for 6 months and $2k for the other 6 while your partner is $2k consistent then it would be $1800 x 6 + $2000 x 18 / 12 = $3.9k average
