Yes! Application finally closed! Fingers crossed~

All the best people!

Anyway, I have a quick question. My partner is earning a fixed salary while mine is irregular and our combined income now would be able to qualify for AHG & SHG. However, I am planning to switch to a full time employment job. And if I were to switch job, our combined salaries will not be eligible for AHG&SHG.

I would like to know what is the period HDB will be basing on to determine if we are eligible for the AHG & SHG. Is it now, when we apply for the SBF? Or is it when we select the units?

Thanks a lot guys~

Application Date refers to the date i select my unit?

And for example Jan-July I earn $1-3k on different months and Aug-Dec I earn $3.5k fixed, i apply(select flat) in Jan next year, how will they calculate it? Will it be the [(Total income from Jan-Jul) + ($3.5K x 5)]?

Application date = the day u submit ur application to ballot online.

The day u selected is known as selection date..

Dont care when ur selection..Just take the 12 months combined average income for the 12 consecutive months before ur flat application online.

Application 24th May 2016, 12 months = May 2015 to Apr 2016

You: May 15 to Apr 16
Partner: May 15 to Apr 16

Both add up together then divide by 12 months.

Hi everyone, happy to see everyone again from the SBF Nov 2015 to this new thread.
Many thanks for opening a new thread here.

I submitted for Sep SBF woodlands but number bigger than supply.
Now can only pray hard for my Selection in June.
The Sep SBF i applied as first timer but hor the supply only 19 units, my Q number 56.

Applied for SBF May 2016, chances are bigger cos the rate is like 0.7 at the current moment.

Hopefully this time round the May SBF ballot number will be a lot nicer.

Anyone applied woodlands like me?
I am aiming for 3 room

did some rough calculations for queenstown 4-rm. applications closed at 20.2 first timers per unit, but chinese quota is only 24 out of 45 units hence

20.2 x 45 = 909 first timers
assuming 5/6th of applicants are chinese, that will be 757.5 applicants
for 24 available units = 757.5/24 = 31.6 chinese applicants per unit.

super super high. numbers for tampines, bukit merah, kallang/whampoa and toa payoh also quite high. good luck everyone!

Shouldn't it be around 864 first timers? 95% are reserved for first timers while 5% for second timers.
