Zhun Bo. Siao liao sia, my other half always not in SG due to work, all the admin stuff I settle one, and she is the main applicant since we apply using MCPS.

why sengkang appt in Sept and punggol in Nov when they're just neighbour?

There seems to be an alphabetical order in the estates, but also they have mixed mature and non mature estates. So most likely order is based on which estates have majority of keys ready for collection, so they can move in people quicker. Maybe the thinking is whether people are waiting for appointment or keys, still waiting so might as well give to first to those who can move in.

Can try to call their hotline and tell them to postpone to another date that u are available/free.
