Yup, I think the unpicked units from Nov 2015 sobf will come out, so wait for that, this may exercise may only see bukit Panjang come back, if that's what you are eyeing.
Also it is now time for me to peace out from this thread, I have got my flat, and am happy with it. A second tier choice but still quite good I guess. Lucky to get that in my first time applying, as a first timer, I think I am one of the few to get what I wanted in a short period of time, without having to come back again and again.
For all those still waiting, just wait for your turn and enjoy the game, it's a game organised by hdb for all those who want to play. While the reward is big, more likely then not except to lose out, it's the sad fact of statistics. If you are a serious house buyer, you will really need to try non mature, where your chances are better (by alot in most cases).
Lastly I would like to thank people like Garfield, who is helping other people just for helping them, based on the long time he has spent participating in the game and then observing it. This also appears to be the only forum where people can freely share ideas and information on every hdb exercise.
