Oh i see. I thought ready flats got at least 15-20 units? the HG central ones (365A,B) and those near punggol park (470, 473, etc).

Initially my partner and I also wanted ready flats, but think chances abit low, so shud be going for the Buangkok area ones instead as it is more affordable. My Qno is 5X.

becos of reasons, my monthly loan is about 1k using cash cos cpf not enough $

shouldn't think so. note that AHG/SHG is not applicable if you apply for 5 room flat in non mature estate

Ahg is for any flat size in mature or non mature estate..

Shg is for 4rm and below in non mature estate only

And only his 2 grant for first timer buying bto..

correct me if im wrong ... but taking a 5-room bto / sales of balance flat = NO Grant.

correction, sales of balance flat do have grant just depending on what type you take and where.

i'm a 5 room punggol, in this case i dont have SHG because im taking a 5room in non-mature estate.
i'm eligible for AHG because combined income did not hit the ceiling income.

Ahg is 5k and below combined to be eligible..

Shg is 8.5k and below combined for 4rm and below..

So if u earn more than 5k combined and applied for 5rm then 0 grants

Just checked myHDB, my 06x queue number for Punggol 5 room, appointment date finally is updated.

Mine is on 23rd December. Looks like delayed.

My date has been released for 4 room Punggol, January 2017. Those who balloted for PG could perhaps log into myHDB to check. Original projection of November seems to be delayed by 2 months.
