2 times get no but all exceeded, 1 for bto 1 for sobf. 1 time cant get no for sobf. But all are matured areas.

So wondering if i try this time round, will i have additional ballot chance?

did you use any priority scheme?

no do not think so. will u be try again in the mature area, but will strongly suggest you try in the non mature ba, maybe got a chance there?
