if the keys is available and nothing goes wrong you should be able to collect your keys in the 2nd appointment

i see. thanks.
my Nov bto selection is coming mid June. but those waterfront ones are taken up. now even those without waterfront ones also dwindling... got 1 month to go before my selection... by that time I'm guessing there won't be much left to choose.

now can only hope for good number for this sbf. and donate $10 to hdb again.

It really depends on your ballot number. If the dropout rate is high, ppl with big numbers still get a chance.

Of course but I guess the odds are so low unless somebody here has beat the odds before lol.

Hi this is a really noob question.

If apply 5 room / 3-Gen but don't meet criteria for 3-Gen and only want 5 room, if at the point of selection left only 3Gen flats then how?

They will filter out according to the applicants u put for the application.

You wont be ask to go for selection if no more 5rms.

If the first timer ratio is less than 1 but 2nd timer is more than 1 does it mean all first timer will get a flat?

Usually yes, see ur ethic quota..And dont bother about what ratio 2nd timer is at if you're a first timer..

Hi Gixxefied

Can advise what is meant by 0.1 under first timer? Thanks

Example, 100 available units, 0.1 = 10 applicants only..

1.0 is 100 applicantion for 100 unit

2.4 is 240 application for 100 units..

Make sure u see the right column..

80% of 8 units is FT..About 6-7 application for FT. If you hover over the Application Rate on top, they provide an explanation
