Hi, just want to ask your opinions.
I applied for May SOBF. (3rd time applying. Zzz) I'm thinking if i should apply for HLE soon or just wait until get q number then apply? It's only valid for 6mths right?

Wait for results then apply..No hurry..Selection appt wont be that fast also..

July is for BTO, not for sobf...sobf is one month later or somewhere in Aug..

There is no sobf results link, dont mislead others..

You can only see & access application status link..

Why?? Probably becos single applicant cannot apply for 2rm in matured estate as mention by someone earlier on?

For Nov was aiming blk 302A, but in May this block was not included, maybe all are selected no more available units liao...

Now have to wait for the Aug result.
Really praying hard i'll get a good number this time.

I rather use the $ that i am paying for my rental on my new home

True or not i cant verify but rules might have change since then(2014 thread).

IMHO, single should be eligible for new BTO(Of which sobf is considered part of it anyway) and definitely not in matured estate.

Because Bukit Merah is under matured estate.

Singles cannot apply 2 room flat in mature estates.
