when is your tentative month for selection? Mine Nov for Punggol. Guess, will only receive the date either late sept or oct.

For Sengkang it says September but have not gotten the date for selection yet :/

i think someone previously asked this before, but just want to double confirm that i called the officer to check if i use the mcps must parents be both present, they mentioned yes.... any idea if this is true because previously my sister applied for mcps but my parents didnt tag along with them for selection of the unit though...

Yes that's right. Me and partner called then 2 different officers said both parents must be present to sign undertaking forms. Never heard of parents coming for flat selection before this either.

She might have applied using the scheme but was her balloted results riding on that scheme.. :)

The parents must sign the undertaking form infront of the CSO(Witness) after she has explain to them the rules of that scheme and how it affects them when their married child uses it.

1st call the cso ask them about your ballot que num is it riding on any priority scheme or is it in public scheme.. if they say it public then no need to bring your parents.
appointment will only display general thingy.. nothing much of the info there.
just call the hdb cso, you know your answer le..

I did ask the same qns to the cso. They mention both parents must bring their married cert and the child's birth cert during the selection of flats. I've also brought up that previously ppl just bring the docs along but parents do not need to come down but cso says there are alot of cases in the past where the parents says they were not aware of the scheme and din know 5years mop they are not supposed to buy flats from other locations or more den 2km away.
Hope this clarifies.

Congrats Bro! Hope the same goes for my side also, with a 50% drop out rate I just might get what we want haha. I suspect the new Nov 2016 Bidadari launch make these people switch target :D

His queue number should be either 6 or 7, so most likely got what he was aiming. I am also watching kallang Whampoa as I am in queue, still got 50+ pickers in front, so can't confirm if will get choice unit.

But yes, hdb needs to charge more for application, like $100, to reduce the queue wasters, especially in beginning. After all choice units wiped out, together with ethnic quotas kicking in, the drop out rate should only increase as process moves along, which is good news for any serious non fussy buyer further along the queue numbers.
